PRE-CONSTRUCTION - DESIGN AND PLANNING/PERMITTING
Design
Upon initiation of the design phase Aaron will meet with the clients and collaborate on a design to fulfill the particular needs and functions of the space in question. After a few iterations of meetings and hand sketches to get on the right track, the clients will be presented with a set of CAD (computer aided design) drawings for review.
Planning/Permitting
Once the architectural drawings are approved by the client, Aaron will complete the plan set with the technical information required to meet stringent city and state standards. The completed plan set will be submitted to the city, at which point Aaron will ensure it receives the required approvals from the building, planning, engineering, and waste management departments. In some cases county approval may be necessary as well. Depending on the complexity of the project, the approval procedure can be a lengthy process. Aaron will be available to navigate the plans through the various agencies and reviews. Upon securing the permit, ACB will be ready to break ground on construction.
We are also prepared to submit any plans for construction you may already have in place, and complete the permitting process accordingly.
