As a full service general contractor, Aaron Chapman Builders is prepared to manage and coordinate all, or part, of your project from the pre-construction phase through completion.
While some of our projects are design-build, we are also ready to work alongside your architect and/or designer in order to contribute a builder’s perspective, and provide you with a realistic estimate for the construction work.
During the course of the project, our crew and/or project management team may perform some of the phases as we see fit. Our ability to self perform the following phases and trades gives our clients added value and control.
