Two Bedroom Addition with Custom Closets plus Remodel of Guest Bath
Location:  Plumleigh Lane, Concord
This residence was located on a large corner lot with a side yard that was almost as deep as the backyard.  We added two bedrooms on to what was technically the backyard, leaving the large side yard as the new backyard area.  Total square footage on the home was increased by 30%.  Inside, the 3 bed/2 bath home became a 4 bed/2 bath home after our two bedroom addition, as one of the existing bedrooms was used to create a new great room adjacent to the kitchen.  In terms of finishing the project we installed new hardwood floors, baseboards, doors and door casings throughout the home and remodeled the guest bath.  We also installed custom closet organizer systems in the two addition bedrooms.
